It was great! I picked it up a little early. The portions were huge (we ordered a biryani for each of us, and we could have shared one serving). Super tasty.

Love that we have this dosa place closeby instead of having to drive all the way south! Authentic crispy dosas and delicious fillings. Love their biryani and chola batura as well!! Can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. Ambiance isn't fancy but fine for the family or for lunch with co-workers or your spouse

There's a bit of a gap for good South Indian food north of Sunnyvale, with Dosa Point in Menlo Park as a glowing exception. Excellent, authentic dosas and other South Indian dishes, as well as a mix of other more northern Indian fare (e.g. gobi manchurian). The ambiance is spare and utilitarian, as authentic Indian restaurants often are. Prices are reasonable for the quantity - another thing that feels rare along this stretch of the Peninsula. If you're looking for solid South Indian food on the Peninsula, this is the spot you want.

I love the food here at dosa point . I recomend the coconut curry with prawns and rice and the tikka panneer skewer. I also recomend the butter chicken with rice and garlic nann and mango lassi. The food is delicouse. The service is similar to when youre mom calls you in to the kitchen for supper or dinner, very heart warming, inviting, and genuine, also very nice and kind.

Small, hole in the wall dosa place in memo park. They have authentic South Indian dishes here and even some more unique dishes like gongura masala dosa that I haven't seen at too many other restaurants. You get pretty good bang for buck here as well. There are definitely better dosa places in the South Bay, but if you're in Menlo Park and looking for somewhere that'll satisfy your craving for dosa- this is definitely the spot.

Hands down the best dosa, and the best food!!! The service was great! they were super helpful, polite and nice. It is a small restaurant but it is clean, their bathroom was clean as well. I've recommended this place to 4 people already and they all loved it! I don't have the pics because we were too busy devouring the food.

Pretty cute neighborhood Indian eatery - very casual - and very sparse in decoration/ambience. I went for lunch and got the samosas which are little heavier on the dough to filling ratio = prefer a thinner dough with more filling and would definitely request them to not cut them in half prior to serving. They get colder quicker this way and if you don't immediately turn them filling side up - the filling will fall out if you leave them for more than a few minutes before eating them....awkward lol Uttapam was ok but the dosas at the table next to me looked so much more compelling - huge crispy folded over crepe = the sambal served was the smallest serving I've ever seen at a dosa place and you get two of the same chutneys coconut I believe and then on tomato one... If you are in the area - definitely worth checking out

I tried their paneer and mushroom Biryani again, and at this point I have one more important comment- the paneer / mushroom in the Biryani is too less, I really feel they need to improve here. At some point, it feels like you're eating just flavored rice.. Honestly, given the price of this Biryani compared to other Bay Area awesome Biryani restaurants, they need to buckle up!
